Returns and refunds

This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work for equipment and services supplied by Errota Systems LLC.

Equipment

Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within 5 business days of delivery. We replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
Unopened items you no longer need: can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original sealed packaging. We refund the price less return shipping and any restocking fee charged by the supplier, which we will tell you before you return the item.
Items configured or ordered to your specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faults after delivery are handled under the manufacturer's warranty, and we manage the claim for you.

Software licences cannot be refunded once activated or delivered, unless the publisher's own policy allows it.

You can cancel a scheduled service free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts.
Work already performed is charged pro rata.
Monthly support plans can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current month.
If a service was not performed as agreed, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right or refund the affected part.

Write to [email protected] with your quote or invoice number and a short description. We reply within two business days with the next steps.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item or approving the refund.
